Returns & Refunds Policy on SELETA

   SELETA® provides 15 Day Return Policy

you can return the items within 15 days of receipt of the goods. for that please send us pictures of the packaging and product(s) at  Kindly ensure that the product is unused and that the tags, boxes and other packaging is intact.

 If you have paid by card then we will reverse the payment. In case of Cash on Delivery or Bank Deposits as modes of payment, we will issue a cheque in the registered name of the customer.

Cancellations  Policy on SELETA

If the order is not shipped, cancellation is possible. ‘ Click ‘Cancel’ for the order(s) you wish to cancel. You will be notified about the status within 30 mins. For prepaid orders, the order amount will be refunded back to your bank account within 2-5 business days, or as per your respective bank timelines.   Damaged, wrong product, or missing product in the order Policy on SELETA

If an item is found damaged, missing, or incorrect as per your order & the description on our website, customers have to escalate a concern with us within 48 hours of delivery. The products only are eligible for a return, if your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Send us a picture of the packaging and products

We will arrange a reverse pickup for the product and then issue either a full refund) or a different item in exchange, as per your request. Replacements are subject to the availability of the particular product. Please note the usual 15-day return policy won’t be applicable in these kinds of cases.


The following Points will not be eligible for return or replacement:

  1. Damages due to misuse of the product

2. Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of the product

3. Products with tampered or stained.

4. Combo’s products sold won’t be taken back/returned as an individual item

5. Please note that there are some items that are not returnable or exchangeable such as innerwear, Undergarments, and shapewear (due to reasons which include hygiene purposes.)
